Here here! Guild Storage!! Make it costly, but you can have more than one per guild hall, each with normal and material storage. These would only be accessible from the guild hall, not through your normal storage account.

There would have to be some limit on how much someone could remove from guild storage. Otherwise the jerk you're about to kick from your guild would empty guild storage before leaving. Also some creeps would simply join guilds to empty the guild storage then leave to join another guild and do the same.
There would have to be some sort of safeguard placed on guild storage.

Auction House.. I think having a auction house would solve alot of storage problems also, I know I have alot of items in storage that I cba to sit in a town and spam trying to sell. It would also mean that players would have an easier time making money and would be less likely to turn to ebay gold.

Remove PVP and replace Sins with a GOOD class
Or at the very least complete the on-going seperation from PVE. So they can nerf the pvp side as much as they like but LEAVE the pve side alone.

ii. make it so excessive use of capitalized letters, numbers and lower case letters is a bannable offense.
"i RoXoRz Y0o n00b f33lz Mee L337n3zz!" = annoying and just plain hard to read
iii. perm-ban any monks that join a pug as a 55
iv. perm-ban any lvl20 warriors that use frenzy
v. um.. more storage?

You do know PVP is half the game, if not more, right? And Sin is a good class. It's just played in the wrong way by 80%. It needs skill.

Uh, some people will try to crucify me for it, but here's my list:
-get rid of the complete pvp-only system: That would be the ultimate solution to the never ending balancing issue the current system causes. Would also allow more items flexibility in PvE without having to balance everything with the pvp-onlys. But from the current view on the game it would also cause the loudest cry ever heard on the forums.
-change in the fame system: They way it was intended, is fine. The way it is used/gained currently, has more negative than positive effects. Reset it, bind it to the profession the fame was gained with (no R9 IWAYers trying to play a pb-mesmer the first time but still always pointing to their rank). Or award fame for other, maybe pvp-related things too, to water down the effect it currently has (there is definately a elitismproblem, ask anybody with low or no ranks).
-completely redesign HA: the current problems are, in my opinion, a direct result of the "not so good" mapdesign, wincondition and the totally screwed classbalance. Also I'd give PvP a larger push in the offensive direction. Currently it too much encourages defensive play. Maybe tone monks down, as they have a too large synergie effect with paragons (for example, not really thought through though).
-expanding the PvE-Content instead of focussing on compelte new continents with each addon: the playerbase doesn't get too much thinned out and scattered. Also I'd implement dynamic endgamecontent and maybe make use of the instancingtechnology to really change the world (something like after building up the ascalon settlement it becomes a real outpost you can maptravel to for those completing the quests)
-more constant rise in gamedifficulty while advancing the campaign. A constant increase, not two or three sudden jumps.
-and finnaly promote teamplay: some simply things that can be done are increasing experience gain with the number of human players, increasing gold, quality of drops, etc.

I would love for the xunila agent that stores your items have a talk ability, and when you talk to her she says, "Would you like to go to the marketing vault?" or some other name I cant come up with. But if you say yes you get teleported to an area thats not part of any of the 3 maps kinda like battle isles but its a shop area. You can have characters set up an area where if you click on them it would open up a small area where they would have a list of items and a picture of what they were selling. You could hover your mouse over the area so you could see the weapon or whatever and its mods and it would also have a price tag next to it that you set.
So if I had like a Ssaki sword or something I wanted to sell for example. All I would need to do was go to the market vault and like set up my character to sell and go afk. And of course people would go to the marketing vault and check out other peoples items that they wanted to buy and if they wanted to buy it they just purchase it and the money auto goes to your inventory and so does the item to theirs. that way you dont have to spam WTS or WTB just go there sell what you need, or go there to look around for something you might want. and if you happen to want to haggle for something either wait till the char is online or buy/dont buy it.

Heal Party Twice - Works like prenerf Heal Party now with 2x received heals.
Mantra of Steadiness - Works like prenerf Mantra of Resolve but without energy penalty when interrupted
Order of Dracula - Works like prenerf Order of the Vampire but with increased lifesteal
Lions Fury - 33% attack speed + Runs Faster and only 5 energy
Eviscerate Twice - Works like pre nerf Eviscerate and hits twice and inflicting dazed and deepwound.
"I Will Really Avenge You!" - 33% attack speed, +20 Armor and 5-8 energy regen per dead ally
And ill go AD1 and form my IWRAY group and farm fame till rank 18.

If I had the power to change things I would revert the AI back to its originall settings as well as the superior Absortion Rune.I would change back Knights and Ascalon Armour. I would bring in a charactor editor and guild name editor as well as auctions houses.I would get rid of inscriptions to they are useless.

If I could change one thing about GW, I'd make Blizzard not charge people to play WoW. That way all the people who want to turn GW into "free WoW" go and play that instead.
It would solve all above wants and needs and more!

innovative rework of GUI and controls (ranging from 50% health markers, minion targeting to charm pet controling and so on)
rethink the whole "rez sig" necessity
sealed play
tournament sealed play
and perfected gvg sealed play (because its the ultimate meta-game buster, imo)
and a few balances in skills or whatever that would subside a few of my erking feelings about how things "should" play in order to be of any use
and just because i had the power- Little L by Jamiroquai would play whenever I enter a district. Anyone that emotes /dance gets auto drunk and beer in thier inventory.
